ISO 14067:2018 – CARBON FOOTPRINT OF PRODUCTS
An international standard that defines the principles, requirements and guidelines for quantifying CFP (Carbon Footprint of Products), based on the international standards of reference for LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) studies (ISO 14040 and ISO 14044). The certification attests the company’s ability to measure the Carbon Footprint of its products manufactured in the Borghetto di Borbera (AL) facility through a systematic approach (CFP-SA).

ISO 22196:2011 - MEASUREMENT OF ANTIBACTERIAL ACTIVITY
The standard specifies the quantitative test method used to determine bacterial detection on surfaces and the ability to inhibit the growth of microorganisms (Bacteriostatic effect).
Samples are placed in contact with different types of bacteria for 18 to 24 hours and maintained in an environment at 37 °C, the ideal temperature for promoting bacterial growth. When finished, the bacteria are removed and counted; differences between the initial and final numbers are expressed as percentage change or logarithmic reduction.
